Processing Times
All orders are handmade in small batches with care. Please allow 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday) for processing before shipment. During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional sales, processing may take an additional 1–3 business days.
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

All orders are shipped within the United States via USPS.

Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost.
Free Shipping
We offer free Standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $100.
Orders must total $100 before taxes, discounts, and shipping to qualify for free shipping.
Free shipping orders are fulfilled via Standard Shipping and include insurance.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly.
Homemade Lather Co. is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after a confirmed delivery scan.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or returns caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a package is returned to us due to an address error, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs to reship the order.
Weather Sensitivity Disclaimer
Many of our products are made with natural oils and butters, which may soften or melt in high temperatures — especially during warmer months.
While we do our best to package items securely, we cannot control weather conditions or carrier handling. Homemade Lather Co. is not responsible for melted or heat-damaged items once they leave our facility.
To reduce the risk of melting:
• Ship to an address where someone can receive the package
• Track your package and retrieve it promptly
• Store products in a cool, dry place
Melted items are still safe to use, though texture may change. Refunds or replacements will not be issued for items affected by heat.
Shipping Delays
Once a package leaves our facility, transit is controlled solely by the carrier. Weather, holidays, and carrier disruptions may affect delivery times. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Local Delivery & Pick-Up
We currently do not offer local delivery or in-person pick-up. All orders are shipped through our standard carriers.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will happily assist you with the next steps.
