Do You Really Know How to Treat Your Skin?

Do You Really Know How to Treat Your Skin?

Many people believe that they understand their skin well... until problems arise. The reality is that healthy skin doesn’t come from a cabinet filled with products. It’s about recognizing what your skin truly requires. As a Licensed Esthetician, I've witnessed firsthand the amount of confusion surrounding skincare.

Today, I want to share knowledge about the fundamentals: how to maintain your skin based on its specific needs instead of adhering to what social media pushes and tries to sell you!

EVERY SKIN TYPE NEEDS THE BASIC ESSENTIAL CARE

Regardless of your identity or your skin’s condition, these 4 foundations should consistently be included in your skincare regimen. (I’ll also create a post providing you with a skincare routine).

  • Antioxidants (shield your skin from the environment)
  • Minerals (support healthy skin)
  • Mineral sunscreen (guards, against aging and shields your skin barrier)
  • Vitamins (support healthy skin)

For healthy skin, these are essential.
